Payment and Shipment

After a Successful Bid

Once you have successfully purchased item(s) in our sales, you will be emailed a successful bid confirmation. This email will contain the URL concerning preferences of payment and how to receive your item(s).
Please access the link and respond to us within seven (7) days.
Once we receive your response, we will notify you the final amount due within seven (7) days.
Full payment is required within fourteen (14) days of successful bid.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made by credit cards(PayPal) or bank wire transfer.
Credit card(PayPal) is only accepted for payment up to 1 million yen.
Payment exceeding 1 million yen must be made by bank wire transfer.
We will notify you of our bank details by email.
After payment is received in full, you will be able to receive purchased item(s) at Sunrise's location within ten (10) days.
If you would like purchased item(s) to be shipped, shipment processing will be completed within ten (10) days.
