Endangered species policies
Instruments and bows incorporating CITES restricted plant or animal material such as ivory and tortoiseshell may require a license or certificate prior to exportation from Japan or import to another country.
It's the buyer's responsibility to obtain any such export or import licenses and/or certificates.
